Sleep apnea patients have long suffered from a lack of ethnographic research and usability studies of the conventional therapy, the CPAP. Many find it very uncomfortable to use and thus compliance is low. Fortunately new research is showing that oral appliances have much higher usability.

This is a good idea: a web based method to deliver cognitive therapy for insomnia. I’ve also looked at something called the ZEO which tracks your movements too. There is Mac software that uses the Mac’s webcam and an infrared light to do the same which I have tried.
