Here’s an interesting idea: create a network of underground shelters for biodefense and survival and rent out “shares” for a 6 month stay following any disaster. The shelters are equipped with all the latest eco-tech including off the grid energy, food, hydroponics, and air, water and EMF protection. The problem is: what do you do after the 6 months are up?

Besides the health benefits of living in geodesic domes, earth shelters or underground houses, it is becoming apparent that most disaster proof shelters designed to resist a nuclear or biological attack are designed in a similar manner due to their resistance to mechanical and electromagnetic forces.
